Forestry Guarding
Our forestry packages include full under carriage guarding, with removable hatches for easy servicing. The side guarding is made up of 8mm plate panels with profiled steel posts. You will find walkways down each side, with a tool box on the front corner.
We use a purpose made blanket for cab protection and heat shields to protect wiring and hosing. This ensures the machine is kept in excellent condition and leaves looking like it just rolled out of the factory.

At Pro Steel Engineering Ltd, we can design and manufacture purpose built cabs, incorporating ROPS, FOPS and OPS all in one unit.
Our custom design provides maximum visibility for safer and easier operation.
ROPS, FOPS and OPS
Over the years, we have fabricated and installed certified ROPS frames for a wide range of excavators, ranging from 7.5 to 45 tonnes.
You also have the option of front grill bars (OPS) and light guard. The roof can be certified for fall on protection (FOPS).
Fabrication Expertise
Our fabricating engineers can construct any project requiring structural steel, aluminium or stainless steel. We can use your design or ours.
One of the works we are most proud of is our Playground Maintenance Truck, built for the Hamilton City Council.
Food and Beverage
In the food and beverage industry, we undertake work assembling pumps and maintaining valves. We also offer fabrication for anything from small tanks and skids to large alterations.
Stainless Steel Uni Tech Font
In 2007, we fabricated and installed a unique retractable eight tap stainless steel bar font in the old pump house at Uni Tech in Auckland. This allows the bar to be removable, so the room can be used for private functions.
